The DriQuik™ QuikFLASH Tunnel is an ideal solution for cramped finishing manufacturing areas, as it compresses the overall required flash cycle to 1/5th the typical air flash time prior to the cure oven cycle on most wet coat finishes, saving valuable floor space and conveyor time.
The QuikFLASH is most effective in wet coat applications, particularly on porous substrates such as wood or plastic where flash cycles are critical. Even heated air patterning produced by strategically located nozzles is ideal for use on substrates with complex geometric parts. Offered in a variety of wattages and voltages with standard assembly sizes, the QuikFLASH package is one of the more versatile, yet affordable, products in the DriQuik™ line.
