The DriQuik™ QuikCONE Electric Ceramic Long Wavelength Oven has been at the forefront of the DriQuik™ product offerings since its inception in 1946, and has remained the product of choice for many manufacturers who have come to trust its reliability and versatility. It is very popular for use on heat-sensitive substrates such as wood and plastic, and is most effective for drying and curing water or solvent based wet coats. However, it is also capable of curing standard high temperature powder coat on light gauge materials.
The QuikCONE is typically used in low infrared density wet coat curing applications, such as wet coat fine finish curing for both flat panels and three dimensional case goods in the woodworking industry, as well as curing wet coat finishes on metal substrates and composite curing.
