Caloritech™ DXT Over-The-Side Immersion Heaters feature titanium sheathed elements and are typically used in liquid heating applications where copper, stainless or incoloy® sheathed heaters are unsuitable because the solution being heated would be corrosive to these materials. They are ideal where easy removal of the heater for cleaning or inspection is required. The DXT is available in single phase with single element configuration.
